Maya Assistant is a private application used by a single person, its owner, with the owner's own Google account. It has no other users.
With the owner's consent, the application accesses the owner's own Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Sheets data, solely to organize email, manage files and support scheduling for the owner.
Authorization tokens are stored locally on the owner's computer. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalized AI models. To perform actions the owner requests, relevant content is processed by the AI service the assistant is built on (Anthropic's Claude) under that provider's API terms, and is not otherwise disclosed to anyone.
The owner can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can delete the locally stored tokens.
